I was so thankful for Optimum HVAC. Paul was quick to respond, great communication during the process and met our needs without overselling us. I had two other large co only willing to replace inside and outside unit when the issue was only outside (compressor) which meant 2x the cost. I was told my outside unit wasn't available but Paul had no problem getting my matching unit. I appreciate his honesty, consideration of cost and easy follow-up. I had a new unit within 4 days installed! Would highly recommend.

Paul is a fantastic guy who really knows his stuff. My wife and I bought a new construction house and have had problems with the hvac system since we moved in. Paul has fixed all the problems that the original contractor couldn’t.
Paul Hallenbeck was the ultimate professional. He analyzed the issue in record time, ordered the replacement unit, and installed it, all on Christmas Eve! He arrived on time and was even early for the installation on Christmas Eve.
